Claire is an expert professional in the field of applied therapeutic massage. After thorough assessment, she addresses identified needs using evidence based techniques and intuition to guide her healing hands. Her wealth of knowledge from a very holistic perspective is remarkable. The clinic space is warm and inviting, adding to the experience that leaves me feeling like I am floating on a cloud. I love that she has direct billing so that reimbursement is fast and efficient. Thank you Claire!

Claire has been an excellent RMT. Not only does she strive to provide excellent care, she has worked with me to address and incorporate a whole-body and mind wellness, going as far as recommending practitioners and researching the topics to assist me better. It sounds cliche, but she truly is all about wellness, and is worth a visit for all those who value a holistic health care approach.

About us

Hello, I am Claire Lewis and I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2011. I have spent the last 10 years practicing as an RMT in Whistler, Victoria and Squamish, BC. I also completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 in India and Foundation Training Level 1 course in Santa Barbara.
I have recently returned from Squamish and am now attending the Pacific Rim College Registered Acupuncture Program.

My treatments aim to address the root of the presenting discomfort and bring your body back to a healthy and functional state. A successful treatment is simply guided by the therapist and the tissues will surrender to the unwinding our bodies require to regain balance. I take specific interest in sports related injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and scar work, frozen shoulder, whiplash, and chronic pain due to stress or postural imbalances.

In my spare time, I can be found exploring the mountains and coastline by bike, skis, paddle board, or foot with one or more dogs along with me. I enjoy running, biking, yoga, surfing, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, swimming, cooking and gardening.

I look forward to meeting you, helping you find more comfort in your own body and achieving your goals!
